We are currently hiring Warehouse Support Staff to join our team in Zambia. This role is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics support.

Job Overview

The Warehouse Support Staff will be responsible for handling and organizing materials, overseeing logistics operations, and maintaining warehouse records. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations & Logistics

  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of materials as per company guidelines.
  • Support warehouse operations in both main and regional warehouses when required.

2. Inventory & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch documents and inventory movement.
  • Assist in material preparation for dispatch and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee casual workers and other warehouse resources to maintain safety and efficiency.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and security measures.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow company policies related to workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Secondary school certificate with a strong foundation in basic mathematics.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is beneficial but not required.
