Limestone Resources Limited seeks to employ a suitable qualified, experienced, and multi-skilled individual to fill the below listed vacancy.

1. Clinic Supervisor

Reports to: Human Resource & Occupational Health Manager

Job Overview:

To offer medical services to all employees and stakeholders and ensure that the health facility complies with all Health Profession Council of Zambia requirements

Accountabilities/Tasks

  • Carry out medical procedures such as Examine, prescribe, properly investigate cases and administer drugs correctly
  • Perform minor surgery such as dressing, suturing of wounds
  • Identify cases needing referral to Hospitals for further management
  • Use basic diagnostic equipment and instruments
  • Undertake Health Education and Counseling on various communicable diseases including HIV
  • Keep an inventory of all medical supplies and ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid stock out
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patients’ records and medial information
  • Undertake issues regarding sick offs seriously
  • Ensure adequate and proper clinical waste management disposal at all time
  • Generate medical reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure effective disinfection and sterilization
  • Provide patients/clients health education
  • Ensure record keeping is up to date
  • To ensure medical reports and files are secured
  • To provide suitable transport for the sick /patient

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 certificate with credits or better, including Math and English.
  • Diploma Clinical / Medical Sciences
  • HPCZ affiliation, a MUST
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Generation of Daily weekly & Monthly Reports
  • Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit well in a team.
  • Sober-minded and Trustworthy individual.
  • Should have at least 2 / 3 years’ work experience.

2. System Administrator (X1) (contract) RE-ADVERTISED

Reports to: Head – Support Services

Job Overview:

TO BE AN INTERNAL APPLICATION SOFTWARE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing technical expertise to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Administration & Support: Design, test, and maintain internal software applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • System Administration: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of business-critical applications, including ERP, Paymaster General, and weighbridge systems.
  • Network & Server Management: Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments.
  • Software & License Management: Maintain software license agreements, ensure timely renewals, and safeguard against unauthorized access.
  • Data Protection & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies to protect critical business data.
  • System Performance & Upgrades: Monitor and enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate software upgrades with vendors.
  • ICT Training & User Support: Collaborate with HR to coordinate company-wide ICT training programs and provide user support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade twelve (12) certificates
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (3) years’ work experience in the related job

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • ERP System Expertise: Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 300, SAP), with extensive experience in customizing and developing ERP solutions to align with specific business requirements. Skilled in integrating ERP systems to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Database Management Expertise: Expertise in database management and administration, including MS SQL, Oracle, and Access, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimization across enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in IT Security Management: Proficient in endpoint security, email collaboration tools, and conducting regular security assessments and updates to ensure a secure IT environment
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex IT environments,   develop strategic solutions, and optimize system performance.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues independently.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to support IT initiatives.
  • Technical Documentation & Reporting: Proficient in preparing detailed reports, system documentation, and technical analysis for decision-making.
