JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate shall provide organizational support in developing and implementing HR initiatives. To provide staff support to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the HR department.

HUMAN RESSOURCE & ADMNISTRATIVE TASK:

  • Handle all human resource functions
  • Help management to address employee concerns, and resolve issues between employees and company leadership
  • Payroll and all other employee statutory obligations management
  • Find qualified candidates to fill open positions
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process
  • Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Manage the administration related to employee travel: logistics, transportation, hotel and flight reservations
  • And any other lawful related assignments

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
  • Ensure contract management
  • Maintaining a good record keeping
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least a minimum working experience of five (5) and above.
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Valid Passport.
