Kapalasa Investment is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join the Team based in Lusaka Zambia

Job summary:

We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist to be the face and voice of our firm. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent client service, provide administrative support and manage the front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a professional welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors and stakeholders
  • Manage all front desk activities.
  • Manage the Director’s diary by scheduling and confirming meetings as well as coordinating all logistical arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring that all call are screened and routed professionally while handling clients inquires with discretion.
  • Maintain a well organized and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming correspondences, this includes emails, calls, mails and deliveries.
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations.

Minimum qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management or any related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and internet.
