Job Description:
TM Lubricants Zambia Limited is seeking three energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals to join as Sales Assistants in Lusaka. The ideal candidates should be focused, insightful, and customer service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Service Centre targets (Volume and Margin).
  • Maintain Service Centre cleanliness and standard setup.
  • Manage stock accuracy and re-ordering.
  • Oversee sales operations and monitor daily deposits.
  • Verify daily sales and share deposit reports.
  • Drive business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Auto Spares shop.
  • Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Certificate in any business-related field.
  • General computer skills.

Education Requirement: No specific requirements.
Job Experience: No prior experience required.
Work Hours: 8 hours/day.
