Job Type: Full-time | Contract
Salary: ZMW 48,000 – 72,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to help expand our market presence in Lusaka, Zambia. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential customers, introduce them to our company and products, and help facilitate business negotiations. This is a great opportunity for professionals who thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers interested in importing products from China.
  • Introduce the company and product offerings, creating awareness and interest among potential clients.
  • Evaluate customer interest and register qualified leads in the system for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Assist in negotiations and trust-building to support customer relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Earn a commission of 1% on the total order value for each successful deal.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes with the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in tires, wallpaper, hardware, building materials, or small household appliances.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (open to all fields of study).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive sales mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.
