1. Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, design, and oversee building structures and infrastructure projects.
✔ Conduct site investigations and assess project feasibility.
✔ Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
✔ Ensure projects comply with local and national regulations.
✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
✔ Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
✔ Perform quality control inspections on-site.
✔ Provide technical guidance to project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
✔ Registered member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety codes, and industry regulations.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

2. Plumber

Job Overview

Kolmax Investment Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
✔ Read and interpret technical blueprints and plumbing schematics.
✔ Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
✔ Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
✔ Work collaboratively with other technical teams on various projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Plumber.
✔ Certification in plumbing or equivalent qualification.
✔ Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

3. Electrician

Job Overview

We are hiring a qualified Electrician to handle electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
✔ Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
✔ Conduct electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
