As part of our commitment to expanding financial inclusion, we are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving client acquisition, sales growth, and relationship management within the enterprise payments sector.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients, driving sales and adoption of Mukuru’s solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, RFPs, and RFQs, preparing well-structured business proposals.
  • Attend networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to expand Mukuru’s market reach.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with key Enterprise Payment clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Re-engage inactive clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth integration into Mukuru’s platform.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data.
  • Track and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Remittance, Payments, or Fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations and sales pitches to enterprise clients.
