Job Summary:

A Zambian-based company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Researcher. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting. The primary focus will be to gather, analyze, and report information to support ongoing projects and decision-making processes.


Minimum requirement

Grade 12 Certificate



Key Responsibilities:


Conduct research using online sources, databases, and other tools.


Compile and organize data in a clear and accessible format.


Prepare reports and summaries of research findings.


Maintain accurate records of information and ensure its confidentiality.


Stay updated with current trends and relevant news in the subject area.


Perform administrative tasks related to research projects as needed.



Key Skills & Competencies:


Strong reading and comprehension skills


Basic knowledge of research methods and data collection



Good communication skills, both written and verbal


Attention to detail and accuracy


Time management and organizational skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team
